Top Ten Open source Projects I Beloved
In my Hub title bar i have written two words "Open Source". What is open Source? A question may arise. The answer is "software that is liberally licensed to grant the right of users to use, study, change, and improve its design through the availability of its source code." Open source software are free to use. This free refers to the freedom to copy and re-use the software, rather than to the price of the software.
